Make your loved one the perfect ravioli with classic beurre blanc sauce. Gain the hands on experience to make perfect fresh pasta and beautiful asparagus every time. Internationally, March 20 is Ravioli Day.  Still a popular pasta today, ravioli’s roots can be traced way back to at least the 14th century.

The Wine Gallery suggested pairings:
White Wine: 2019 Affinitas Furmit, Tokaj, Hungary $16.95 – This white blend has intense and elegant scents of white flowers and spice that has hints of summer fruits and spice on the palate. A nice rounded slightly buttery finish.
Red Wine: 2021 Durdilly Beaujolais Les Grandes Coasses $19.95 – This wine is pretty much the essence of Beaujolais, with plump black berry and cherry fruit, a touch of crunchy acidity, a hint of wild herb, and a soft, supple, fruit-filled finish.
