What a fabulous dinner Chef Greg prepared for our daughter’s wedding. The passed apps started the evening out so strong. From the shrimp risotto to the tuna poke, latke with salmon and quail egg to braised short ribs on parmesan grits everyone who I talked to was just raving.

Then dinner…he killed it!! Each dish was equally delicious. We were served house smoked salmon with quinoa, roasted corn and tomatoes and rack of lamb with celery root puree and haricot vert. All equally delicious. To be able to present that many platters of perfectly cooked food is so hard and he did an incredible job.

The entire evening was truly special. And the food was a huge part of that. We wish Chef Greg had a restaurant that we could eat at every time we visited Bozeman.

Will I get to sample the food before I decide on the menu?

Yes, of course. We want the culinary experience at your event to be everything you imagined and more. Therefore, letting you taste and see the menu before the big day is a must. We will work closely with you to narrow down your menu and allow you to decide on the final selections.

Do you provide a drop-off service?

Every event is unique. If you prefer that the meal be prepared and simply dropped off for the event, we can accommodate that as well.

What is your price per plate for catering?

The price per plate for our catering services will vary greatly depending on the menu.

Is there a minimum number of guests I need to have for your catering services?

We had Chef Greg Montana cater my brother’s wedding over Labor Day weekend, and I truly can’t say enough good things about the food. The food was hands down the best wedding food I’ve ever had! He created an incredible Mexican-inspired menu where every single dish had its own unique and delicious flavor. Everything was beautifully prepared, presented, and brought out with so much attention to detail. Chef Greg was also incredibly professional and attentive throughout the entire event. He helped make the meal feel like a really special part of the celebration, and all of the guests could not stop talking about the food. Our tasting was an amazing experience. Each dish is creative, fresh, locally sourced and truly amazing. This kind of quality food is often difficult to create on a large scale, but not for Chef Greg. For our wedding (275 plates), Chef Greg and his team had 4 different entree dishes prepared freshly and plated in 38 minutes. He flew in the best of the best (folks he has been working with for over 15 years) to ensure our wedding night was perfect. Everything was timely and delicious. Chef Greg catered my wedding as well as a brunch the day after and the results exceeded our expectations beyond our wildest dreams. His team set up a mobile kitchen at our wedding venue -- a site which is not frequently used for this purpose and they hit every mark with flying colors. The food came out at perfect temperature and all dishes from passed around appetizers to plated meal were PERFECT by all metrics. You will not regret hiring Chef Greg to cater ANY event as he and his team are communicative and responsive to your needs and will get it done for you no matter the circumstance. We had a LOT of dietary restrictions including a couple deadly allergies and some vegetarian preferences and these were all handled professionally and did not detract from the quality of the meals. 10/10 service from consultation to execution. To say the event was exceptional in every way is an understatement. From the appetizers, to the salads, to the main course, EVERYTHING was  SCRUMPTIOUS ‼️ When you’re a foodie, like I am, it’s even more outstanding because this was a rural, though up-scale venue. His food is consistently delicious and beautifully presented every single time.  I've worked with him at private events, weddings and parties and I always recommend him as my first choice to prepare meals for people.
