Rickey Burton22 days agoWe had Chef Greg Montana cater my brother’s wedding over Labor Day weekend, and I truly can’t say enough good things about the food. The food was hands down the best wedding food I’ve ever had! He created an incredible Mexican-inspired menu where every single dish had its own unique and delicious flavor. Everything was beautifully prepared, presented, and brought out with so much attention to detail. Chef Greg was also incredibly professional and attentive throughout the entire event. He helped make the meal feel like a really special part of the celebration, and all of the guests could not stop talking about the food. If you’re looking for a caterer who goes above and beyond and makes food that people will genuinely remember, I highly recommend Chef Greg Montana!Posted on Google
Jacqueline Perron-Smith44 days agoSimply put: WOW! I knew we were making the right choice for our wedding caterer when we had the tasting months prior. Our tasting was an amazing experience. Each dish is creative, fresh, locally sourced and truly amazing. This kind of quality food is often difficult to create on a large scale, but not for Chef Greg. For our wedding (275 plates), Chef Greg and his team had 4 different entree dishes prepared freshly and plated in 38 minutes. He flew in the best of the best (folks he has been working with for over 15 years) to ensure our wedding night was perfect. Everything was timely and delicious. Trey Garrett49 days agoChef Greg catered my wedding as well as a brunch the day after and the results exceeded our expectations beyond our wildest dreams. His team set up a mobile kitchen at our wedding venue -- a site which is not frequently used for this purpose and they hit every mark with flying colors. The food came out at perfect temperature and all dishes from passed around appetizers to plated meal were PERFECT by all metrics. You will not regret hiring Chef Greg to cater ANY event as he and his team are communicative and responsive to your needs and will get it done for you no matter the circumstance. We had a LOT of dietary restrictions including a couple deadly allergies and some vegetarian preferences and these were all handled professionally and did not detract from the quality of the meals. 10/10 service from consultation to execution. Connie Ostrovsky58 days agoWe attended a wedding that Chef Greg catered this past weekend. To say the event was exceptional in every way is an understatement. From the appetizers, to the salads, to the main course, EVERYTHING was SCRUMPTIOUS ‼️ When you’re a foodie, like I am, it’s even more outstanding because this was a rural, though up-scale venue. To have the food hot, the vegetables fresh and the service impeccable is quite the feat of magic ‼️‼️Posted on Google

Melanie Maganias83 days agoI've known Chef Greg for three years now and have to say that he is the most extraordinary Chef in Montana. His food is consistently delicious and beautifully presented every single time. I've worked with him at private events, weddings and parties and I always recommend him as my first choice to prepare meals for people. He loves his job, loves feeding people, and his food is always on time and hot on the plate no matter if he is feeding 20 people of 150 plated dinners.Posted on Google
Robert Bua119 days agoGreg is a high energy cooking phenom who prepared an elaborate, Michelin star worthy, delicious 4 course meal for our group. He is that rare chef who can teach, entertain, and cook all at once. I cannot recommend chef Greg Montana highly enough! It was a perfect dining experience.+0
