Brining all white meats such as chicken, pork and turkey will take your every day cooking skills to a new level. After the class you will sit down to the juiciest brine roasted chicken, creamy, buttered mashed potatoes and shallot butter asparagus. This class will teach you valuable techniques which translate to many other ingredients.
