What customers have to say:
Friendliness and Professionalism
Chef Greg went above and beyond for our reception dinner. He put us at ease immediately upon talking with him and blew our expectations out of the water. Presentation, flavor, and of course his friendliness and professionalism are what makes him stand apart. We would recommend him to anyone wishing for service and food that delivers the best of the best!”
Truly a world-class chef
I’ve had the good fortune to travel the world and enjoy many of the top restaurants. I can say, with confidence, Chef Greg is truly a world-class chef. He has been cooking for my family, friends and business for more than 20 years, and we’ve never been disappointed. Chef Greg is not only a great chef, he is a lot of fun. Whether you are hosting a cooking class or a private dinner, I guarantee you will have a good time! Ken Boenish
No two meals are ever the same,
I’ve had the privilege of having Chef Greg cook my family and I multiple meals, and let me say, ALL of them have continued to land top spots of the best meals of my life. He always is creative, no two meals are ever the same, and the taste, visual and experience is always top notch. I will forever be so grateful for Chef Greg and his ability to provide the most incredible dining experiences of mine and my family’s lives. Without question, BOOK HIM. You will be so happy you did!!! My mouth is watering just thinking about the next meal I get to have from him. ~ Kyle Combs
Dinner for us in Big Sky
Greg hosted a dinner for us in Big Sky including a shrimp risotto, ribeye steaks, and fantastic ginger date caramel cake. Quite simply one of the best meals I’ve had. Would highly recommend Greg. James Crawley
3 day leadership and legacy conference outside of Bozeman
Chef Greg and his staff catered our 3 day leadership and legacy conference outside of Bozeman recently. Every meal was exquisitely prepared and served. Each meal was truly an exceptional and phenomenal experience! Bill Derrick
Corporate boards over a 12 year period
What is the old saying….”you don’t know what you have until it’s gone.” Well this isn’t exactly true as I knew exactly Greg’s cooking ability but replacing him in Denver is not so easy. I’ve had the wonderful treat of enjoying meals that Greg prepared for two of my corporate boards over a 12 year period, and even catering my own wedding. Greg has an uncanny ability to bring amazing flavors to every dish. I just let his creative juices flow and everyone, literally everyone, who ate his food was impressed. I can’t recommend him enough. You’re lucky to have him Montana!! Kara Humphrey
