Culinary Journey
Greg’s odyssey in the world of gourmet cuisine began under the tutelage of Executive Chef Douglas McNeil at the Four Seasons Hotel in D.C., He then journeyed to New York City to work under Executive Chef Christian Delouvrier at Lespinasse in the St. Regis hotel, one of only six four-star restaurants in the Manhattan. This experience ignited a fervent passion for exploring the rich tapestry of global gastronomy, from the delicate flavors of classic French, hearty Italian, Asian and Mediterranean cuisine.
Venturing further into the culinary realm, Greg honed his skills as the Poissonnier at Union Pacific, under the tutelage of the celebrated Chef Rocco DiSpirito. It was here that Greg mastered the art of balancing flavors, a skill that would become a hallmark of his cooking style. After that Greg Boynton was Chef and Owner of Haute Touch Catering in Denver, CO for over 18 years, catering to such high profile clients as the Anschutz family and Janice Henderson Investors.

Fabulous dinner Chef Greg prepared for our daughter’s wedding
I just had to write to tell you how fabulous dinner was for Ellie and Joe’s wedding. The passed apps started the evening out so strong. Everyone who I talked to was just raving.
Then dinner…you killed it!! Each dish was equally delicious. To be able to present that many platters of perfectly cooked food is so hard and you did an incredible job.
The entire evening was so special. And the food was a huge part of that. We wish you had a restaurant that we could eat at every time we visited Bozeman. But alas, you’re a smart man. You have the joy of cooking beautiful food for people without the headaches of running a restaurant. Good for you!!!

We had a group of 16 people at our house for a private dining experience with Chef Greg and his team. Having done dozens of these in various places around the world I can confidently say that Chef Greg is an elite chef and brings a five star culinary experience direct to your door.
His staff is professional and knows how to create a welcoming environment. Last thing I’ll say, if you choose Chef to take care of you during your next trip to big sky, I strongly recommend his pork and parsnip ragu with his handmade pasta. For a moment during dinner, I thought I had been teleported to Tuscany. INCREDIBLE!
