Create and enjoy this entire menu while sharing a perfectly paired glass of wine from the Wine Gallery.

The menu:

Classic Caesar salad, sourdough croutons, home made rich Parmesan Caesar dressing

Brine roasted chicken, redskin mashed potatoes, sautéed mushrooms, asparagus and Cognac green peppercorn pan jus

Key lime pie with Chantilly cream

Last night we celebrated Jay Bentley’s 83rd birthday with a beautiful home made Chinese dinner. Carey Leep Boynton made awesome soup dumplings and fortune cookies from scratch. I forgot to pull the broccolini from the warmer. Oooops! Patrick Markey made killer sticky ribs and I threw down some smoked baby back rib Dan Dan noodles .
